Fusion
Fusion is the joining of two beings to form one ultimate being. In this case, I'll be describing the fusions between Goku & Vegeta, although there have been more characters that have fused.
Gogeta
Gogeta is the result of Goku and Vegeta fusing by using the fusion dance. This particaular form of him is when he has ascended Super Saiyajin. (I've never seen him in a non transformed state so I'm assuming this is his "normal" state...) During this type of fusion, the clothes change to a vest, in this case an orange and black, loose fitting white pants similar to Goku's, black armbands, and a blue tie around their waist.
Gogeta could be considered non-canon since he only appeared in Movie 12 of DragonBall Z and DragonBall GT (which is sometimes considered non-canon as well).
A variation of Gogeta, this is Veku, the version of Gogeta gone wrong. This form is attained by completing the fusion dance incorrectly. (It's never shown to us as to whether or not a "skinny form" of Gogeta can be formed by fusing incorrectly (as what happened to Gotenks).)
Basically in this form, instead of an ultimate fighter, what results is a rather slow moving, weak version of Gogeta. I wouldn't go so far as to call him a coward, but once he figured out that none of his slow moving attacks weren't working, he pretty much ended up going with the last resort: Run and Hide.
In this form, the clothes for this state of Gogeta fusion are the same as the regular one except the ability to go Super Saiyajin is gone. (I'm guessing since they never went SSJ.)

Vegetto aka Vegerot
This form of fusion is achieved through the potara earring in which no fusion dance is required but the two beings are joined by a force of nature by the earrings. For this to happen, the two beings must each be wearing a potara earring, on the ear opposite of the other.
This is Vegetto's regular state right after achieving fusion. Just like the fusion dance fusion, the clothes, hair, personality, and voices are once again combined.
As far as clothes go, Vegetto wears a gi outfit similar to Goku's only in Vegeta's battle clothes color, navy blue. The undershirt that Goku normally wears, which is usually blue, is now orange. Vegetto also wears white gloves similar to Vegeta's and as opposed to Gogeta's one strand of hanging hair, Vegetto has two long strands hanging over. (If you look closely, you'll also see that his hair is a variation of two colors, dark brown (from Vegeta) and black (from Goku).)
Same fusion, different name. In the manga, Vegetto may look the same however, as many were surprised to find out, his name had been changed to Vegerot. I'm still not sure whether I like the name, but I'll always stick with the name Vegetto none the less.
Super Vegetto is another form that Vegetto takes. Shortly after fusing, the warrior decides to transform into a "Super" form. Nothing much has changed except that his power is now higher and of course, he looks similar to a Super Saiyajin.
